How long does it take before campaigns go live?
Usually, it takes about 2 weeks to set everything up. During this time, we prepare your domains and mailboxes, warm them up, and build targeted prospect lists. Once this is done, your first outreach campaigns are ready to launch.
How do you make sure my emails don’t end up in spam?
We never use your main company domain. Instead, we set up dedicated subdomains for outreach, which protects your brand reputation. We also warm up mailboxes gradually and use proven sending practices to maximize deliverability.
Do I get to approve the messages and leads before you send anything?
Yes. You’ll have full visibility on both the copy of the emails and the prospect lists. Nothing gets sent without your approval, so you remain in control at every step.
What is your pricing structure?
We work with a monthly retainer. We recommend committing to at least 3 months at the start, so we have enough time to build, optimize, and deliver results. After that, you’re free to continue month by month with no long-term lock-in
